Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. Booking and Acceptance
By booking a service with Premium Towing, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The customer must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, vehicle or equipment details, contact information and any special transport requirements.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply for extra kilometres, waiting time, difficult access, winching, recovery, tolls, after-hours work or other services not included in the original quote. Any additional charges will be explained and authorised where required before the additional work proceeds.
3. Cancellation and Waiting Fees
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or change a booking. A reasonable cancellation fee may apply where a truck has been dispatched or costs have already been incurred, provided the fee is disclosed and lawful. Waiting-time charges may apply if the customer or vehicle is not ready at the agreed time, as advised in the quote.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose any known vehicle or equipment damage, mechanical faults, non-operational brakes, steering issues, low clearance, unusual dimensions, excessive weight or other conditions that may affect safe loading and transport.
Customers must also ensure they are authorised to arrange the transport and must provide keys, access and any necessary instructions.
5. Vehicle and Equipment Condition
Customers should remove personal belongings and secure loose items before transport. Pre-existing damage and the condition of the vehicle or equipment may be recorded through photographs or a condition report before loading.
6. Loading and Transport
Premium Towing will determine a suitable loading and transport method based on the information provided, vehicle or equipment condition, dimensions, weight, access and safety requirements. Service may be declined or postponed where loading or transport would be unsafe, unlawful or beyond the capacity of the available equipment.
7. Delays and Delivery Times
Estimated arrival and delivery times are provided in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Premium Towing will communicate significant delays where reasonably practicable.
8. Damage, Liability and Insurance
Premium Towing will take reasonable care when handling, loading, securing and transporting vehicles and equipment. Any claim for loss or damage will be assessed on its circumstances, available evidence, applicable insurance and relevant law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, balance, accepted payment methods and due date, will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms. Any lawful late-payment or recovery costs must be reasonable and disclosed where required.
10. Customer Complaints
Customers should contact Premium Towing promptly if they have concerns about a service. Please provide the booking details, photographs where relevant and a description of the issue so it can be investigated fairly.
11. Australian Consumer Law
These Terms & Conditions operate subject to the Australian Consumer Law, applicable NSW towing legislation and any other relevant legal requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by law.
12. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges the agreed service, quoted price and applicable Terms & Conditions.
